When you place an order or submit samples, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information about the birds you're submitting (species, sample type, tests requested). We do not collect any payment card data — all payments are processed securely through Wix.

We use your information solely to process your order, run your DNA tests, and deliver results through your secure dashboard. We may also use your email to send order confirmations, result notifications, and occasional updates about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Test Results & Genetic Data
Your test results and any avian genetic data are kept strictly confidential. Results are only accessible through your personal dashboard login. We may use anonymized, non-identifiable data in aggregate for internal lab quality and research purposes — never linked back to you or your birds.
Data Storage & Security
Your account and submission data are stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your dashboard is protected by email/password authentication.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged into your dashboard. We may also use basic, anonymous analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. No personally identifiable data is collected through analytics.
